Three down three to go! On May 4th Maine governor John Balducci signed
outdoor-lighting bill HP6/LD11, and on July 15th Governor John Lynch
signed New Hampshire's HB 585, the Outdoor Lighting Efficiency Act of
2009! see the respective state pages on nelpag.org for updates.

Now our attention turns to Massachusetts, where we need to work hard(er)
to get HB3762 (and its siblings) out of committee and onto the
Legislature's floor!
