[Boston-voice-users] Programming with Naturally Speaking Preferred?

Hello,

I want to programm C++/C#/Java with Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Preferred and wondered if you could give me any advice on software and tools. 
I know there are actually people who can do it, but I don't see how as the speech recognition software always puts a space in between words and does other things that mess programming code up syntax-wise. 
Any advice or hints on software, tools or even on good microfones would be great!
