[Boston-voice-users] accessibility gadget needed

I need a gadget that will make one machine look like a keyboard to another
machine. I've got a gig where I'm mucking with a bunch of machines that aren't
accessible in the usual way (i.e. from laptop with ssh). However, they all have
USB ports and most have PS/2 ports. I don't need mouse control, all I need to
do is simulate the keyboard entry.

This is rather urgent because my right arm has taken a significant decline in
well-being and I'm getting a lot of the nerve pinprick sparklies in my right
hand and forearm.[1]

[1] no, I'm not going to bother with a doctor because they will just tell me
"yup, you hurt, we don't know why, sucks to be you". When this happens, massage
therapist, changing how I work and who I work for is my best course of action.
